  • You should do some form of activity every day, this could mean walking, or a sport, or an active hobby. You will only need to exercise 2-4x a week depending on the type of lifestyle you lead. I would recommend training with me 2 or 3 times per week plus doing another heart rate raising activity of interest on your own/with friends or family to keep activity varied and always interesting.

  • Within 1 week your mind and body will already come around to the idea and intensity of the first workout. You’ll mentally feel better and physically be stronger within the just a couple of weeks. Within 4 weeks following your lifestyle rules, you should start really noticing physical changes. There will be many other health benefits along the way too!

  • The best diet is the one you can stick to forever and doesn’t make you call it a diet. It will just be a way of eating you can do no matter the situation. So no, you do not have to go on a diet, however I will help you create rules to follow based on your lifestyle and requirements. Trust me, intuitive eating is the easiest and most flexible way to think of a ‘diet’.

  • No and yes. Your ability to get used to the training is incredibly quick. For most people the hardest workout they feel is the first one. Even though it will be the easiest they will ever do with me. Why? Because most of the movements, techniques and intensity will be new. If I were to give you the same workout on day 1 and day 2. Day 2 will feel half as hard. Workouts will get more difficult but you will find them easier and more manageable as you adapt, get stronger and fitter.

  • We will be training in a private studio near Regents Park so you get the benefit of the space being quiet, friendly, and equipment is always available. If you have a well equipped gym in your home or office that’s great too, I will come to you!

  • First I sit with you and your friend/family and we talk about what each of you want to get out of training and how you can help each other. We start with a solo session for each of you so I can take everyone through an assessment and understand each of you individually. From the 2nd session onwards you will train together with a joint program or train at the same time with a differing program depending on how similar/different you all are. I do my best to link programs so you feel like you’re in a team helping each other!
